Our Dedicated Team & Resources

Our enthusiastic USA-based Customer Care Team is truly our backbone. It comprises experienced Vets, RCVS qualified Equine Veterinary Nurses (EVN), and Suitably Qualified Persons (SQPs). Rest assured, they will be able to help with any query you may have regarding your animal’s medication or our products.

We are also very proud of our EquineRx Blog and social media links, which offer a variety of articles, videos, and top tips. These resources are designed to help keep you informed and up-to-date with the latest Equine healthcare information, news, and events.

For your peace of mind, we are registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS), and our registration can be verified using their “Find a Vet” service. It’s important to note that we do not display a GPhC logo on our website, as that is a human dispensary logo requiring a human pharmacist. We are an Equine medications dispensary run by Equine vets, specializing in animal health. All our medicines are licensed in the USA, dispensed by vets, and dispatched from a RCVS registered veterinary premises.
